Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry

The Exploitatiemaatschappij the "Wittenburg" system for accepting reservations in the hospitality industry hospitality usual uniform terms (UVH). For access to the conditions we refer to this website 
Prices are adjusted annually on January 1. The price adjustment is based on relevant cost (purchasing costs, energy costs).

A reservation is only final if the agreement signed order confirmation is received, that the conditions are accepted. 
For non-members at the time of acceptance a deposit of 50% of the reservation requested. 
For hotel reservations up to 24 hours in advance without charge canceled. After that 100% of the price payable.

 
The bill for the whole or the remainder of the reservation is performed within 30 days after execution date paid. If this is not the case is extra credit of 1% per month charge. 
In memory notes the account with the credit surcharge increased according to the following steps:

to 30 days: 0% 
to 60 days: 1% 
to 90 days: 2% 
to 120 days: 3%

 
Special rates apply for members

 
In a partial or no show: cancellation fee. By canceling business meetings, more than 2 months before the implementation date, no cancellation fees. For cancellation between 2 and 1 months before implementation date is 25% of the reservation will be charged. as in no show, cancellation at 1 months and14 days between 50% and between 14 and 7 days 75%  For cancellations within one week before implementation date it is 100%  of Reservation Value.
