The restaurant is named after Baroness Sophie, the first inhabitant of Kasteel de Wittenburg.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The kitchen, led by chef Roy van Geel, prepares pure and honest dishes with which he strives for a higher level every day. The serving brigade, led by restaurant manager Jordy van der Vegt, will gladly take you on a culinary journey around the world.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Restaurant Sophie is open from Wednesday till Sunday from 17:00 for dinner.
